Konzerthaus Blaibach

Backed by my experiences with electronic enhancement it got more and more clear to me over the years that David Griesinger with his revolutionary ideas about the influence of early reflections on the perception of room acoustics is perfectly right. The small concert hall initiated by the bariton Thomas E. Bauer in a very small Bavarian village was my first project to implement these ideas. The rugged concrete surfaces and even some popular explanations for the acoustics of this hall may seem a bit strange but the acoustic concept works very well, and the hall has gained a remarkable acoustical reputation. Thank you very much, David!
